Hamish Young tells the Editor
Last Thursday, Walter Johnston (McNeil Barry) and myself visited Retta Beattie.
Retta moved into the Abbey Field Home in Crieff about a year ago after having several falls in her house. Fortunately nothing was broken
Although her mobility is restricted I found her in excellent spirits and we had a good blether about former times and mutual friends in Assam. She wishes to be remembered to all who knew her and Harry in India.
The Editor hopes that a lot of old friends of Retta will read this and if they wish to send her a message please send to [email protected] or [email protected] who will try to make sure she gets the messages
